Shipping policy

All domestic shipping (within Canada) is a small fee of $10.00, with tracking and $100.00 insurance. For international shipping to the united Sates a $13.00 fee with tracking and $100.00 insurance, international shipping (outside of the United Sates), is a $40.00 fee with tracking and $100.00 insurance.

Each piece of jewellery is made especially for you. Please allow at least 3 to 5 days prior to shipping for individual orders and 1 to 2 weeks prior to shipping for wholesale orders. All jewellery is hand-crafted in our Peterborough, Ontario home-studio. Once ready, all orders will be sent the next business day by Canada Post. Please advise if you would like alternate shipping means or if additional insurance is required. We are happy to accommodate any special shipping needs.

Olive Cedar Studio is not responsible for lost shipments. We also cannot be held accountable for unforeseen conditions that delay delivery time - such as the weather.

Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and these charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.
