Refund policy

At Olive Cedar Studio we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, all pieces are designed and made to last a lifetime. We are happy to accept returns within 10 business days of the orders delivery. Returned merchandise must include the original packaging, and be in the same condition as it was when it arrived. Any used merchandise will not be accepted, unless it is defective. Any purchases of sale or promotional items are final. Please contact olivecedarstudio@gmail.com with any return inquiries and for a return authorization number.

Refunds will be given in the same form as the original payment. Once the item has been returned to the sender, please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note: Returns and/ or refunds will only be granted it the request is made within 10 business days of the orders arrival. Olive Cedar Studio is not responsible for any lost or return packages. Refunds will only be granted once the merchandise has been received and evaluated as being in its original, unused condition.

There are no refunds for custom or engraved pieces of jewellery.
